The property itself is fully furnished with one bedroom with 2 twin beds; totally equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge and all necessary amenities (communal laundry). The condo offers WIFI and TV with many channels. The property also has with 24-hour security and surveillance and a playground for children (ages 4-12). There’s an onsite convenience store and nearby grocery stores, within walking distance. Also near the property, just a short distance by bus or car, are specular malls called La Isla, Kukulkan Plaza and Marina Town Center, as well as famous clubs of Cancun such as Coco Bongo, where it combines live entertainment and music. It is very easy to take a bus or taxi outside the complex. Buses are cheaper than taxis. There is also a parking space in case you rent a car.
